Damage to the disk
If for some reason your DVD does not work please contact us within 1 month and we will send you a replacement and return envelope for the broken DVD. This covers the unlikely event of damage during postage or the DVD being incompatible with your DVD player.
If the DVD stops working within the first 6 months of purchase, providing there are no signs of obvious abuse to the DVD including, but not limited to, cracking of the disk or deep scratching, please contact us for a replacement and return envelope for the broken DVD.

So you know exactly what you are getting all our DVDs have full descriptions and video samples. As some of the footage from seminars is decades old it can be grainy. However if you are not happy with the DVD for any reason please contact us within 1 month of purchase for a refund or alternative product. Please note that refunds will not include postage costs unless the disk is faulty (see above).

Downloaded Content Refund Policy
We now offer refunds for downloaded content that has not been delivered. This is because Payloadz keep a record of successful downloads. We always put our customers first so if you buy downloaded footage and have some unforeseen problem but do not want a refund we can send you a hard copy of the footage in the post on a DVD. The fee for this will be the postage and disk cost will usually be £3.49 the makes the cost the same as regular DVDs we sell onsite.

Our Training Equipment Sales Policy
Safety and responsibility
Martial arts are dangerous, training should always be done under the supervision of a qualified and insured professional. We take no responsibility for injury that results from improper use of the training equipment sold through this site. Do not train with the equipment if it becomes damage in any way.
Postage Locations
At the current time we only sell training gear through the website to customers in the U.K. due to its bulky size. If you wish to order training equipment but live outside of the U.K. please email us for exact postage costs.
