Where do we post too
Anywhere in the world.
Where are we based
We are based I the United Kingdom and so orders to the UK are cheapest and quickest and can be brought via the site.
What about customs?
We have never had any problems with customs in foreign countries however it is up to the buyer to check with their local authority that the goods they buy will get through customs.
Who do we use to ship goods?
We use Royal Mail as our main postage provider.
How do we send goods?
All Wing Chun DVD's sent to the UK are posted Royal Mail first class.
All DVD's sent Internationally are posted standard air mail.
Items or orders of high value maybe shipped using a sign for service and will have a tracking number.
Postage Costs
Will I need to pay import tax?
It is possible if you live outside of the UK. Customers inside the UK will never have to pay Import tax as goods come from inside the country. As far as we are aware none of our international customers have been charged import tax due to the low value of items. However it is down to the buyer to check with the local authority.

Delivery Times
When will we send your goods?
We try to post all small items next day. Large items that require special postage and packing like knives will be dispatched within a week to give us time to properly pack your order etc.
How long will they take to get to you?
The royal mail give the following advice:
UK based orders will usually take 1-2 working days to arrive once dispatched.
Orders delivered to Europe will usually take up to 3 working days once dispatched.
Orders delivered worldwide (this includes the USA) will usually take up to 5 working days once dispatched.
What if I don't recive my goods?
Once you have received your item dispatched email please wait at least one week if UK based or 3 weeks if international before contacting the sales team about your order. If you have a tracking number use that to follow the orders progress.
