Welcome to the December Newsletter for the Samuel Kwok Martial arts association. Seasons greetings to all.
This month I have done the first of a series of articles about strength training and yes, that includes weights (controversial? Find you for yourself below). Remember if you have an article or news to submit don't hesitate to let us know. Feedback is also very welcome. Our Email.
Next month we will be expanding the information on Chi Sau on the site. This comes from a request through the site feedback. If you have Chi Sau tips you want to share get in contact or if you want some info on an area of Wing Chun not covered just reply to this email.
